Terms of Use & Purchase

Purchases must be made by an adult aged 18 or older. Product descriptions identify the available format, contents, price, and intended age range. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout. Products marked "Coming soon" are unavailable for purchase unless explicitly offered under separate preorder terms.

Purchased products are supplied digitally after payment is confirmed — a download link appears on your confirmation page and can be revisited. Please download and save your files promptly, and keep your download link private. While we intend download links to remain available, we do not promise lifetime or permanent hosting of links; if you ever lose access, contact tintaishaskids@gmail.com and we will restore it.

A purchase grants a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and print the materials for personal use within the purchaser's household. You may print additional copies for children in that household.

You may not resell, publicly upload, or redistribute the digital files, share download links outside your household, or use the materials commercially. Classroom, organizational, and other expanded uses require written permission or a separately offered license — email us to ask.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights. Content may include human-created work, AI-assisted material, and licensed elements. Copyright and other rights apply to the extent recognized by law.

Materials provide stories, activities, reflection, and encouragement. They are not medical, mental-health, or individualized professional advice. Christian faith content is identified in the relevant product descriptions, and Scripture quotations always include their reference and translation. Adults should assess suitability and supervise age-appropriate activities.

Our Refund & Download Support Policy applies, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse other customers' information. Download links should be kept private.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee particular educational, emotional, or therapeutic outcomes.
